Returns
How to Return
You can return all items, excluding items marked as sale no return, by post or to a store within 10 days of receipt of order. The items must be in original condition with all labels and swing tags still attached. Scintilla has the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition. We will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method in which you originally paid.
Scintilla takes no responsibility for items lost in transit.

We will not exchange items from overseas unless they are defective. Please return item for a refund and then place an alternative order.
